Several episodes of the Outer Limits depict hallucinations, in the sense that nothing depicted is as it seems and is in fact a kind of freeform or induced fantasy, entirely within the head of one of the characters. This excludes science fiction based episodes where a shared mental experience, hallucinatory or not, is created, but includes episodes where it is literally a mental fugue or hallucination.
